You must not use the website to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, engage in fraudulent activity or infringe the rights of others.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate.
Many of our crystals, gemstones and handmade products are natural or individually produced. Variations in colour, pattern, shape, size and natural inclusions may occur. Where a product is sold as an individual piece, we will aim to make clear whether the photographs show the exact item or a representative example.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product information or pricing. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer standards.
4. Crystal and Spiritual Information
Information about crystals, gemstones, spiritual practices, intentions, chakras or other metaphysical associations is provided for general interest and personal spiritual use.
Such information is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Our products and services should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Individual experiences and spiritual beliefs may vary, and we do not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional or physical outcome.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods. We will send an order confirmation to acknowledge receipt.
A contract for the sale of goods is formed when we accept your order, normally by confirming dispatch, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We may be unable to accept an order due to stock availability, a genuine pricing error, payment issues or other reasonable circumstances. If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed through our authorised payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timescales. If delivery is delayed, we will contact you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights relating to delivery, including your rights where goods are not delivered within an agreed or legally required period, remain unaffected.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.

Your rights to cancel an online purchase and return physical goods are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
9. Bookings and Services
Pacha-Mama may offer services, treatments, workshops, events or other experiences through its online booking system.
The description, duration, price, location and any relevant requirements for each service will be displayed at the time of booking.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and informing us of any relevant requirements that may affect your ability to participate safely in a service.
Booking Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, late-arrival and no-show arrangements are set out in our separate Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply to a service purchased at a distance, those rights will be respected. Any applicable exceptions, including those relating to certain leisure activities provided on a specific date or period, will be explained where relevant.
We will not apply a cancellation charge or retain a payment in a way that is inconsistent with applicable consumer law.

You should provide accurate information and inform the practitioner of any relevant changes before your appointment.

Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment unless expressly provided by an appropriately qualified and regulated healthcare professional acting within their professional scope.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, website or legal requirements.
The Terms applicable to an order or booking will generally be those in effect when the order or booking was placed, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
