Sound Healing

My sound healing sessions are very different from a typical group sound bath. Rather than being immersed in many sounds at once, each instrument is introduced slowly and intentionally, allowing the body and energy field time to fully integrate each frequency.

A session usually includes several instruments, including voice, bowls and grounding rhythms. Each sound is played individually, followed by periods of stillness so the nervous system can absorb and settle the vibration before the next layer is introduced. This creates a deeply focused and embodied experience rather than sensory overload.

I work intuitively with the chakra system and energetic flow, listening for areas that feel overactive, underactive or blocked, and using specific sound frequencies to support release, balance and replenishment. The process gently engages the vagus nerve, helping the body shift out of stress response and into a state of deep regulation and restoration.

Sessions often feel immersive and expansive, and many people notice continued processing afterwards through rest, dreams, emotional release or renewed clarity. The healing doesn’t stop when the session ends — the nervous system and energy field continue integrating the work over time.
